EQUIPMENT

The equipment for plasmaelectrolyte polishing usually involves 3 components:

- The tank with electrolyte that has work-pieces transfer mechanism, ventilating cap, heaters and other devices.

- Power supply that generates the electricity for the process.

- Control board that allows to operate in setting-up and automatic conditions. Control board supports to set temperature and time as well as interlock for safeguarding

The necessary equipment for mounting:

-3p 380/220V AC power circuit

- water flood cooling or special cooling system

- Compressed air system

- exhaust ventilation
